Description

The MyChron Power supply is mounted on a 12 volt battery and connects to the EXP connector of the laptimer. It charges the MyChron5s and MyChron5 battery, solving the problem of forgetting to charge the battery. On MyChron4 the lap timer battery is not charged, but still not drained when the power cable is mounted.

Features

Besides charging the lap timer battery, the power cable offers a few advantages. The battery voltage of the 12V battery can be monitored on the MyChron display, to tell when the kart battery needs to recharge. Furthermore, the 12 volt battery voltage is stored with the data for analysis, which is a great tool for troubleshooting the ignition or charging system of the kart engine. The cable has a length of 150 cm and ends in a 5 pin metallic connector. Together with MyChron5 battery cover, it allows for installation of MyChron5s in tight mounting spaces as the MyChron battery can be completely removed when the power supply cable is connected.
