Description

The sensor for measuring the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) is mounted on the exhaust manifold near to the piston. The measurement and data plays a vital role in the adjustment of the kart carburetor, to have an efficient combustion and avoiding fatal engine damage.

Features

The AiM EGT sensor has a small sensor tip and uses the durable thermocouple principle. This ensures precise readings and the ability to trace rapid changes in the temperature. 

Temperatures from 0 to 1000°C can be measured. The sensor has a compensated cable length of 250 mm.

Fits in a 5 mm thread.
